Terms & Conditions

Quotations

Quotations are valid for thirty days from issue unless stated otherwise. Where exchange rates or manufacturer pricing move materially within that window, we will notify you before you place the order rather than after.

Quotations are based on the conditions observed at inspection. Where site conditions differ materially from those recorded, a variation may apply and will be agreed in writing before work proceeds.

Orders and lead times

Orders are confirmed on receipt of a written purchase order or signed quotation together with any agreed advance payment. Lead times stated are manufacturing and shipping estimates and are confirmed at order acknowledgement stage.

Site conditions

• Safe, clear access to the work area is the client's responsibility
• Permanent power supply to the equipment position is required before commissioning
• Builder's work, civil works and making good are excluded unless quoted
• Standing time caused by site unavailability may be chargeable

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quotation. Title to supplied equipment passes on full payment. Late payment may attract interest at the rate permitted by law.

Warranty and liability

Warranty terms are as stated on the quotation and in our published warranty policy. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction.
