Technical Audits from AZTÖR Automation. Portfolio-wide audits of installed base, asset register, condition scoring and lifecycle replacement budgeting. Our teams operate across the UAE and the wider GCC, and one point of contact stays accountable for the job from first call through to sign-off.
We work on our own installations and on equipment installed by others. There is no requirement that we supplied the original system: our technicians are trained across NICE, CAME, BFT, FAAC, Benincà, Dormakaba, GEZE, TORMAX, ASSA ABLOY, Hikvision, Dahua, Suprema, ZKTeco, Honeywell, Axis, Bosch and Ajax equipment, and we carry the diagnostic tools each brand requires.
Every visit produces a written record: what was found, what was done, what was replaced and what we recommend next. That record builds into an asset history you can use for budgeting, warranty claims and handover to any future facilities team.
How It Works
Enquiry & triage
We capture the site, the equipment and the symptom, then triage by urgency — a door stuck open on a secure site is not the same call as a noisy roller.
Site attendance
A technician attends with the diagnostic tools and common spares for that equipment type, so most issues are resolved on the first visit.
Diagnosis & report
You receive a clear finding: what failed, why it failed, what it costs to correct, and what happens if it is deferred.
Execution & sign-off
Work is completed, safety-checked against force and sensing criteria, and signed off with a written service record.
