The Challenge

The site could not stop operating for the works, and the existing installation had reached the point where individual repairs were costing more each year than a planned replacement programme.

Our Approach

We surveyed every position, produced a phased programme that worked around live operations, and staged materials so each phase could be completed and returned to service within a single shift window.

The Outcome

The programme completed without unplanned disruption to the client's operation. The site now runs on a scheduled maintenance contract with a documented asset register and a known replacement horizon for every position.
